 | Nitrogen tire inflation systems machine models EZ508 and EZ510 will deflate air and re-inflate up to 5 tires at the same time with nitrogen. The steps in the process are (1) Attach the hoses to the tires you wish to convert from air to nitrogen. (2) Using the machines touch screen, input which tires to inflate with nitrogen. (3) Input the low pressure setting if different from the previous one (the pressure you want the tires to drop to) (4) Input cycles if different from the previous one (how many times the machine discharges air and inflates the tires with nitrogen) (5) Input the final pressures (example: Front tires 40 psi Rear tires 36 psi Spare tire 60 psi) then touch the start button on the touch screen display. The machine will deflate the tires to the low pressure setting and test each tire separately to verify each tire is at the correct pressure. They will then independently inflate each tire with nitrogen at the same time to there individual pressure points. At that time They will test each tire to insure correct tire pressure completing one air discharge nitrogen inflation cycle. Nitrogen tire inflation systems model EZ508 and EZ510 can be set to perform multiple cycles automatically. After the set number of cycles is complete, a buzzer will sound to notify completion of the nitrogen tire inflation service and again every fifteen seconds. The machine will continue to monitor the nitrogen pressure until the hoses are removed from the tires.
